Return/Exchange Policy

At NewParagFashion, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. However, if you’ve received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re happy to help you with a return or exchange — provided the following conditions are met.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Before applying for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The product is unworn, unused, and unwashed.

  • The product is in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • You have a proper unboxing video clearly showing the parcel being opened for the first time. This helps us verify and confirm that the issue is genuine.

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery to raise your return or exchange request.

⚠️ Returns or exchanges without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Items without original packaging, tags, or proof of purchase

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our team within 48 hours of delivery via phone or Instagram DM.

  2. Share your order details and unboxing video with our support team.

  3. Once your request is approved, you’ll receive the return address and instructions.

  4. Return delivery charges are to be paid by the customer.

  5. After we receive and inspect the product, we’ll initiate a replacement or refund as per your request and eligibility.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method or as store credit.

  • Shipping and return delivery charges are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your product for a different size or design:

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • The same conditions apply — unused product, unboxing video, and customer-paid return delivery.
